JANUARY 2013 (back to Shows 2013)

Beginning of the year in halftone for Indhira & Favi  at the Genk national show. Allthought the 2 were alone in Champion Class and despite very limited competition, they did not better than the RCAC (each), of course unrecoverable, not bad, but not useful.

Judge for Afghan was M. Catalan (P) and for Whippets was Mme Van Brempt (B)
And in the handling contest, I was placed 6th of 6 with at least two competitors who made gross mistakes ranked ahead, pffff (not a specialist judge).
In short, it was not our day .....

Another show day in halftone for Indhira & Favi at the international show in Mouscron. Favi was the one to take out of the game, bringing one more RCAC-RCACIB  (again useless as unrecoverable) but logical if we consider how are judged the Whippets at the present time.

Beside that, I did a very bad job with Indhira. I was myself very nervous probably due to bad conditions ( typical in Mouscron ) for exhibitors ( no place for parking, no place for settle, a lot of noise,..., each year I say that I'll never come back ). And may be because of me and because she was in seasons few weeks ago, Indhira was a little bit weird, tired and abolutely not involved by the show. She moved poorly and I have not found the way to refocus her. As the judge said (Mrs Ivanishcheva (Ru) "you have an excellent bitch but a really wrong handling...", and she was right.... We got only a #2 Excellent.
